We are not able to give refunds for incorrect choice but we will gladly exchange if you have selected the incorrect size or the item is faulty.

To exchange an item from our hosiery range, we do require that the packaging has not been opened.

To exchange an item from our lingerie range, please return the item to us NO LATER than 10 days (within Australia) or 14 days (outside Australia) from the date of purchase on your invoice. 

At Ally Jeanne, while we do everything we possibly can to provide you with fitting instructions and sizing charts, we recognise that you will not always get it right.

We recommend that goods being returned to us are sent via registered post or insured to guarantee their return to us.  We cannot be held responsible if the goods are for some reason not delivered to us safely.

Goods need to be returned in the condition that they were sent complete with swing tags and your invoice receipt.
